Barbara Booth prides herself in recycling and re-purposing to create unusual handmade paper cards, unique bowls and art. Recently, her work has expanded to include block printed designs inspired by nature and printed on textiles and her hand-made paper.
~All handmade paper consists of at least 85% recycled/shredded paper, with tissue or construction paper added (for color) and cotton rag (for strength). It may contain any of the following inclusions: lavender, wood bark, rose petals, sunflower, camellia, sage, daisy, basil, wild mustard, sea lavender, dandelion, poppies, rosemary, garlic blossoms, coffee or kelp (to name a few).
~All paper pulp is minimally processed in small batches and each sheet or bowl is unique and will evolve organically over time (color or scent may fade).
~All designs and block prints are my original artwork and property. All items are hand printed and variations are considered normal. No two are alike.
