There are literally hundreds of species of the hibiscus plant with a large variety of flower colors. Often the flower is associated with the state of Hawaii or other tropical locations. Hibiscus also happens to grow well here in Santa Barbara. My cards are crafted from paper that I make by hand in Santa Barbara in small batches from recycled paper and cotton rag and some hibiscus petals. A standard paper insert is sewn inside allowing you to include your own sentiment. Each card is unique and a small work of art suitable for framing.
